Appraiser Quality and Service (AQS) Score System

Our exclusively developed AQS Score System allows us to keep detailed records of individual appraiser performance and chart performance trends. Appraisers are manually scored on every order after a detailed quality control examination–the type of close review that most larger management companies do not provide.
