   Apexes creates long-term partnerships by thoroughly understanding clients’ needs. AM also invests time and capital to assess and train each staff member, so employees have extensive knowledge of regulations that impact the mortgage industry especially in the urban core where valuation orders are not the standard cookie cutter assignments. AM’ clients include lending institutions, credit unions and mortgage services.

We have 50+ years of appraisal experience with residential and commercial appraisals, appraisal review and lender relations. Both our panel appraisers and staff appraisers are available on a per hour basis to help you understand your options in a variety of real estate areas, such as residential and commercial development, building, in-house reviewing, investor services, and mortgage loan buy-backs.
